We offer a friendly, reliable and professional Cat Feeding Service to pet owners living in Seaford if you are going on holiday or away for the day. Cats love their daily routine and relax better in their own homes and often dislike the change that holidays can bring. Cats are territorial creatures and can become very stressed when removed from their routine and environment and our Cat Feeding Visits is the ideal solution to this problem.
We moved to East Sussex 10 years ago with 6 cats (all rescued) but unfortunately they have all now passed away and sadly we are not able to have cats in our home now because we provide Daycare and Home Boarding for dogs & puppies. The experience we have gained over the years helps us to quickly understand the cats we visit and build a bond with them which makes them feel relaxed around us.
We are available throughout the year and can provide the following service for you and your cat:
- Feed your cat and ensure there is plenty to drink
- Clean feeding areas and bowls
- Clean and change litter trays
- We regularly update you via texts or emails with pics
- We will take your cat to the vets if necessary (additional charge)
- Turn lights on and off and collect mail
Before your planned trip, we will visit your home to meet you and your cat so that we can get an understanding of your cat's requirements and daily routine and collect a set of house keys. We will give you a Cat Feeding Registration Form which provides us with essential information such as your contact details, emergency contact details, vets details, feeding routine, medication etc.
We offer one visit each day at a cost of £7 per visit (up to three cats) and this visit will last 15/20 mins approx. and we can visit either in the morning or afternoon depending on your cats requirements. We also offer two visits per day at a cost of £10 per day (Seaford only - up to three cats) and if you choose this option we will visit for 30/35 minutes per day split into two visits. This option works particularly well for cats as it helps to maintain their daily routine and ensure that they are safely tucked up at night.

Trails for Tails offers an exemplary service!
Cannot be faulted. For the times I have to leave my fluffballs - Snoochie and
Booch - home alone I know they are well cared for and loved by Kim & Connie! I
actually believe said fluffballs look forward to us going away! Connie or Kim brings
them treats and sends us text/photo messages by way of an update.
Trails for Tails goes above and beyond to care for my cats each and every
time - I don't know what I'd do without the service.

Trails for Tails looked after our cats whist we
were on holiday. Whilst I missed them I didn't once worry if they were okay. I
know that they are in safe hands and well looked after by Connie. I would
recommend to my family and friends.
Trails for Tails have looked after our cats
Chester and Poppy twice now and we have booked them in for a 3rd time. Connie
and Kim are trustworthy and helpful and clearly love animals. It was really
reassuring to get a message with a photo letting us know that they were ok and
also knowing the house was in safe hands too. I would definitely recommend

We were looking for someone to look after our
two cats when we go away, as neither like catterys, so we were thrilled when we
came across Trails for Tails. We feel safe and happy leaving Rambo and Floyd in
their hands. We love that we get an update whilst away to see how they are
doing (and sometimes even a photo). Thank you Connie and Kim, we couldn't
recommend you highly enough :-).

Trails for Tails
provide a wonderful cat sitting service for our cat Ruby. Connie & Kim have provided
care for Ruby on three occasions and we received regular email updates and
photos of Ruby, and always come home to a happy and relaxed cat. It is very
reassuring to know that your pets are in safe hands while you are away from
home and I have no hesitation in recommending Trails for Tails.
My cat was cared for in her own home whilst we
were away with twice daily visits and grooming. Trails for Tails was
exceptional in the care she was given. I received text up-dates and photos for
reassurance. The care was tailored to my cats needs and she was given a lot of
love. I was able to relax and enjoy the week away with peace of mind. We will
not hesitate to use their service again and are very glad of the opportunity
to compile this review and strong recommendation. Thank you Connie.

We are immensely pleased that we found Connie at Trails for Tails to look after our cat, Ruby, whilst we went away for our summer holidays.
Unlike other companies we have used in the past, we would unhesitatingly recommend Connie and Trails for Tails given our first experience with the company.
We came back from holiday to find Ruby happy, healthy and calm - in fact, apparently very unbothered that we had been away at all! Previously when we had gone off on trips, we'd return to find our shy cat sad and dejected (and more than a little bit hungry!).
This time, we came back to find a cat who had been given lots of treats, hugs and grooming – who was calm, quiet and not in the least bit stressed. We were very surprised – and hugely relieved.
Connie has winning ways and is a natural with animals. We really can't imagine a better person to provide care for your pet when you need someone to step in and provide you with complete peace of mind (so that you can go on hols guilt-free!). She's a very warm and caring person that you feel you can trust implicitly to provide all the love and pampering that your pet needs in your absence.
We highly recommend Trails for Tails and have already booked our next holiday.

We needed a pet sitter for our cat Alfie, whom we had recently rehomed, while we were away on holiday. The service that Trails for Tails provided was helpful, friendly and professional. They were able to deal with any bother and kept us posted with news and photos. The daily rates are good value for the peace of mind that knowing he was being well looked after and we will be very happy to use their services again in the future.

I cannot recommend Trails for Tails enough. They looked after my elderly cat and two rabbits for two weeks. They clearly love animals and nothing was too much trouble. They even sent text messages and photo's of the pets to us. My children were so excited to see their pets whilst on holiday. We came home to three very happy and relaxed pets. Thank you.

Truly excellent service - I cannot recommend highly enough. Trails for Tails gave such a high level of care and attention that I think our cats were sorry when we came home! Trails for Tails are so professional, and really care for your pets as if they were their own. Brilliant brilliant lovely people :). Thank you!
